Law of Circulation

The Law of Circulation

by Aaron Niska

Let’s look at the law of circulation. All we have to do is look at nature. A good example is a pond. If water only flows into the pond, soon the pond will stagnate and not support life. If water only goes out of the pond, the pond will soon dry-up and not support life. If the water flows in and out of the pond, the pond will be sparkling clean and support life. We can take our cues from the examples of nature. It’s the same in our financial lives. As we circulate our money freely, more money flows into our lives.

Emerson once said that we block the flow of good into our lives by holding on too tightly to what we have. In order to increase what we have, we must be willing to let go of that which we already have. We could sum it up by saying that: ” Increases come out of what we already have.” Again, it’s the law of circulation.

If you think about it, money is an idea in action. Life always says yes. If we stand in the flow of life, and say there is not enough, or I can’t have, or I’m not able to, then the flow passes us right by. Even the word currency is taken out of the word current. The current of life is always flowing and will continue to flow.

People hoard money, try to hang on to it, try to hide it, and some even try to steal it, which comes out of the belief that if they do this, it will add more money to their lives. This entire behavior is going against the flow of life!

Currency also means passing from hand to hand. Money must be circulated, not hidden, hoarded, or stolen. The law of circulation always prevails. When we block the circulation through a scarcity mentality, a blockage is formed. And that blockage must be removed if we want to experience wealth on a permanent basis.

Life supports expansion, not limitation. And life keeps its agreement with us. If we do not circulate our abundance, life will do it for us. Expansion must always take place. So, if we don’t do the choosing, life will choose for us. It may not be the way we want it to be! It will be re-circulated through unexpected bills like auto repairs, dental bills, house repairs and so on. In general we’re forced to circulate money whether we like it or not!

Take a look at your life and see what’s preventing you from keeping your money. Is it sickness, auto repairs, energy bills or home repairs? Do you have a scarcity mentality or do you focus on abundance for all? Take a look at where you’re forced to spend your money. THEN TAKE A LOOK AT WHERE YOU’RE HOLDING BACK. What are your beliefs about circulating money?

Not only must we circulate and give out, but also we must learn to be a good receiver if we are going to experience wealth and permanent riches. One important way to increase our money flow is to be a good receiver. Receiving must be balanced with giving. Many people neglect this area in their life. Being a good receiver is not as easy as it seems. When we receive it makes us more vulnerable, and we have less control. When you give, you’re in control. But, when you receive, you feel out of control. For example, if someone gives you a compliment, how do you react? If they say to you: ” I love the clothes you’re wearing.” How do you respond? Perhaps you say; “Oh, this old thing, I’ve had it for years.”

It’s important to take a look at how we respond to compliments. The reason it’s important to accept compliments is that it allows the person to give at his or her own level. If you look at the whole picture, we’re both a GIVER and a RECEIVER. Learning to accept compliments will help you to become an open channel to wealth.

Never refuse something good that’s offered to you. If someone offers a gift, take the gift, and say thank you. Forget about being vulnerable or owing them something. If someone gives you something you don’t like or don’t need, pass it on to someone else. As you do this, everyone will win. When you refuse a gift from someone, you’re not only blocking the flow of abundance in your life, but you’re blocking the flow of abundance in his or her life. If you want to give a gift to someone, wouldn’t you want someone to receive your gift?
